The ORTech Patrick Elite by OnRite is similar in design to the Patrick HH, except that it is made of French lace instead of fine mono, which makes the system much lighter and more comfortable. The polurethane is also different: it is slightly thinner than the Patrick HH. Both models are made with 1.5" poly width to allow for some resizing to fit smaller hair loss areas.
